Ryan & Angie

Angie & Ryan are both in the accounting field, so it was hilarious that they decided to get married on TAX DAY!  April 15 will never be the same.  They had a beautiful ceremony  and were able to include their adorable dog, Memphis!  It was another perfect day for a Hawaiian wedding right along the ocean.  Thanks for letting us be a part of it!

Ka Palapala Pookela Awards

It's always nice to be invited back.  We were really pleased to be invited back by the Hawaii Book Publishers Association to shoot the Ka Palapala Pookela Awards.  We shot this event back in 2010, so we recognized many of the friendly faces and the who's who in Hawaii's writing and publishing community.  The beautiful Bishop Museum was a great backdrop to the night.  Colins Kawai's company, Choco le'a blessed us with some amazing handmade chocolates, so if you need a great gift idea for the next anniversary, email him ckawai@chocolea.com.   You will not regret it!  Extra thanks to Jason Chu who assisted with this shoot.  

Moon Rise at Peter & Elise's Wedding

I just downloaded the photos from Elise & Peter's wedding last night.  While I have several hours of photo processing ahead, I thought I'd share this photo of the super moon rising over their venue, The Oasis Oceanfront Estate.  It was an absolutely beautiful night and an amazing location to have a wedding.  More photos to follow!
