Ka Palapala Po’okela Awards
Mahalo to the Hawai’i Book Publishers Association who hired us to photograph the 2010 Ka Palapala Po’okela Awards. The awards are presented to recognize and honor the best of Hawaii book publishing. It was a beautiful event, with dozens of Hawaii's most talented authors, many local celebrities and wonderful entertainment by Keith and Carmen Haugen and Frank Uehara and Pa’ahana. And we couldn't leave out Collins Kawai, one of Hawai’i's most excellent chocolatiers who made over a thousand delicious chocolates for the event.
